From AI Assistants to Agents: Lessons, Do’s & Don’ts on the Road to an AI-First Company
Marek Janetzke
17:40 - 18:05 CET
In this session, Lucid Labs founder Marek Janetzke focuses on the practical journey from simple AI assistants to autonomous AI agents taking over full tasks in mid-sized companies. The talk traces how organizations move from early experiments to dependable, day-to-day AI support, showing what really works in practice, what quietly failed, and the key factors that made the difference - clear processes, good data, and getting the right people on board. Marek shares do’s and don’ts from the trenches, with short, honest stories about resistance, overhyped tools, and unexpected wins, and then turns these into a simple, step-by-step path for introducing AI in your company without overwhelming your team. Attendees leave with a practical checklist and clear takeaways on where to start, how to roll out the first working agent, and how to build from there towards an AI-first company.

The discussion will connect this development to the broader geopolitical context in which high-tech companies operate, with specific attention to the pressures and constraints faced by ASML. Topics include export controls, technological sovereignty, and the growing influence of international policy on innovation roadmaps and supply chains.
Rather than a one-directional keynote, the session is designed as an interactive dialogue, aimed at surfacing practical insights on how organizations can balance innovation speed with regulatory compliance and geopolitical risk. This will result in a clearer understanding of how AI strategy, industrial policy, and global power dynamics are increasingly intertwined, and what this means for decision makers operating at the forefront of advanced technology.

Robots, Agents and Us: How will we lead?
Sven Smit
19:10 - 19:35 CET
We’re entering a new era where AI, agents, and robots become active partners in how work gets done. While these technologies could automate a large share of today’s work hours, the real story is how human roles will evolve—not disappear. The biggest opportunity is to redesign entire workflows so people and AI collaborate, each doing what they do best. Demand for AI fluency is rising rapidly, but human strengths such as leadership, judgment, and empathy remain essential. Together, they create the oversight and direction that machines cannot. Skills are shifting, and upskilling will matter most. In this future, agents and robots take on routine tasks, while people focus on high-value thinking, creativity, and impact.

Stand Out. Stay Human. How to Build Your Digital Twin Before One Is Built for You
Winnie Hart
20:10 - 20:35 CET
Most leaders are already creating a digital twin without realizing it. Every email, search, and decision trains AI to become a digital version of them, their thinking, their patterns, and ultimately their brand. The problem is not AI adoption. The problem is that this is happening by default instead of by design.
In this session, Winnie Hart shows leaders how to build their digital twin deliberately, not as a chatbot or automation tool, but as an AI thought partner. Drawing on her experience as an identical twin and decades of twin research, Winnie explains why identical starting points do not produce identical outcomes. What leaders intentionally shape does.
Participants will learn how their digital twin is already forming, why leaving it to chance creates real risk, and how to design it to support better thinking, clearer decisions, and a stronger, more differentiated brand. This session gives leaders a practical starting point to use AI as a brand amplifier, helping them stand out with clarity, confidence, and humanity in an AI-first world.

Erik Brieva

AI is becoming the most powerful growth driver in modern business — yet it brings unprecedented exposure: privacy violations, regulatory fines, cybersecurity breaches, fragmented jurisdictions, cross-border restrictions, and strict data-sovereignty requirements.

In this talk, Erik Brieva presents a practical framework for transforming sensitive data into safe, enriched, high-value assets; enabling collaboration; and building a scalable growth engine that unlocks AI innovation while remaining compliant, private, and secure by design."
